16 years old. One of my first 10-second dashes.

      18 years ago I was borrowing my sister's 35mm camera in elementary school, when I was a teenager I started buying every camera I could afford in thrift shops, some worked, some didn't. Now I have more cameras than I can keep track of (30-40?)and more film shot than I could possibly afford to process, stuffed in the butter storage of my fridge. I've had to step away from film for a couple of years because of processing foibles but I shoot digital every day, everything I could possibly want to remember. Mostly happy things, but sad things, weird things, & scary things too. Life.

2012

     Life. I live with my husband, a teacher who makes me proud everyday, in a sweet little rent house. I love to cook vegan foods, crochet, read, write NaNoWriMo novels, watch Netflix Instant, send long gossipy-but-important emails to my best friend, and faff about on the Internet. I fight my sometimes-crippling anxiety with vitamins and pilates. I'm doing pretty good.
